What are the fees?

The fee for a session is $250. Payment is required on the day of your appointment.

With a valid Mental Health Treatment Plan, the Medicare rebate of $145.25 reduces your out-of-pocket cost.

A limited number of reduced-fee appointments are available for concession card holders. Please enquire if this is relevant to you.

Assessment fees vary depending on the type and scope of assessment and can be discussed prior to booking.

To access a Medicare rebate, you will need a Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP) prepared by your GP. Usually, you will need to book a longer appointment with your GP to prepare the MHTP. Please bring the plan with you to your first appointment.

Under this plan, you are eligible for up to 10 psychology sessions per calendar year. The current Medicare rebate for a Clinical Psychologist is $145.25 per session.

You are welcome to attend sessions without a referral as a private client. A referral is only required if you wish to claim the Medicare rebate.

Private health insurance rebates may also be available depending on your level of cover.

I am able to see self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants.

I am not registered to provide services for NDIA-managed participants.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.

Appointments cancelled within 48 hours incur a 50% fee.

Appointments cancelled within 24 hours incur the full session fee.

Cancellation fees are not eligible for Medicare rebates.

Simply contact me via the Contact Us form, by email or by phone, and I will book you in for an appointment. At the end of each session, you can decide whether you need more appointments, and we will book them in then.

Appointments are currently available on Mondays and Tuesdays between 9am and 5pm. Some limited Saturday appointments are also available.

Before the first session you will be sent a Registration Form and Consent Form via email. This information is collected prior to your first session to save valuable therapy time.
